Kurt Nipp

Managing Director

Kurt is founder and Managing Director of EvaluPlay, a consulting firm that specializes in game customer/technical support, in-game commerce, billing systems and payment method services.

Kurt's background includes over 20 years of business process improvement, planning and resource management experience.  He has demonstrated experience in instituting technology and process improvements in online focused companies with improved customer satisfaction, employee productivity, resource effectiveness and profitability.

Before EvaluPlay, Kurt was Vice President, Game Services and E-Commerce for Gazillion Entertainment, a developer and publisher of Free to Play MMO games.  Before Gazillion, Kurt was Executive Director of Customer Support and Operational Support Systems for Turbine, Inc., a leading provider of online MMORPG games.  He also was Vice President of the Small and Medium-sized business segment of VistaPrint (online printing), and Senior Vice President of Customer Service for Monster Worldwide (job board and resume database provider). 

Prior to Monster, Kurt worked in operations, development and planning roles with Stream International (customer support outsourcing), Sears Roebuck & Co. (retail / call center), Deloitte & Touche (service operations consulting) and Hartmarx Corporation (international apparel manufacturing/sourcing).

Kurt holds a MBA in Marketing, Finance and Management Information Systems from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
